This crafting material is obtained by catching black bugs with a bug net.
Bug Shell is used as an early-game crafting material for equipment and armor. It is easily obtainable on lush planets.
As with other crafting materials, Bug Shell is stored in the material tab of player's inventory (wrench icon)
One of the black bugs that drops Bug Shell when attacked with a Bug Net. Using hunting or normal weapons will have no effect.
